One Staff Week - Two countries, Three universities!

After five joint Staff Weeks organised by the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and OTH Amberg-Weiden, we are pleased to introduce a new co-organiser: Lodz University of Technology (Poland).

Together, we invite you to our 6th International Staff Week focused on:

“Bridging Academia with Industry: Research, Internships and AI in Practice.”

This year’s programme includes two virtual components (27 March & 13 April), followed by three days in Pilsen (Czech Republic) and two days in Bavaria, Germany (Weiden and Amberg) with provided transport from and back to Pilsen. Participants can look forward to presentations, workshops, discussions, company visits, tours of research and technology centres, as well as campus and city tours at both universities.

The week offers a balanced combination of professional insight, practical exchange, and opportunities to connect with colleagues across institutions - all while experiencing three neighbouring cultures that share many similarities yet each bring their own distinctive character.
