Dear colleagues,
We are glad to invite you to take part in the 1st esaip Staff Week that will be held from May 29th to June 2nd 2017. The aim of this esaip Staff Week is to welcome staff from our partner institutions as well as other interested institutions and share our experiences with them. Our main focus will be: “Education for a sustainable future”.
Our proposed program consists of different workshops and visits to local companies according to the participants’ areas of interest. We are also giving you the chance to see a live classical music concert on Thursday, 1st June. A preliminary agenda has been devised; a more specific and detailed program will be planned according to the expressed wishes of our attendees.
Our staff week has no registration fee. However, participants are expected to cover their own travel and living expenses through the Erasmus fund for staff mobility or otherwise. The main communication languages are English and French.
To apply, please complete our registration form and fill in the requested data before April, Friday 14th 2017.
We will inform you about the approval of your application on April, Friday 21st 2017. A maximum of 2 persons per institution can be accepted. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at staffweek@esaip.org
After the acceptance confirmations, more details about the final agenda and accommodation information will be provided to all participants.
