Goal of the event: to provide a framework for enhancing international cooperation between European engineering faculties. The main topics of discussion are academic mobility of students, faculty and staff members, joint European academic projects and opportunities for cooperation between engineering faculties. Moreover, the event will provide opportunities for networking and social activities.
The Teruel Engineering Faculty (EUPT) is especially focused on informatics, computer science, electronics, robotics, automation and control engineering, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, computing, cybersecurity, etc.

Wednesday, October 1st, 2025
9:00 – 9:30 Registration and collection of welcome pack.
9:30 –10:00 Welcome / opening ceremony.
10:00 – 11:00 Presentation of the EUPT and its study programs. Guided tour around the EUPT and the Campus.
11:00 – 11:30 Coffee break.
11:30 – 13:30 Working session: presentation of each participant and his/her respective institution. The presentation will be addressed to all engineering faculties/universities participating in the event. It will also be open to EUPT faculty and students. Initial proposals for joint actions.
13:30 – 15:00 Lunch.
15:00 – 16:00 Working session: how to promote student mobility between European engineering faculties?
Break.

11:30 - 12:30 Working session: European academic projects. Opportunities of cooperation for engineering faculties. Examples of successful academic projects between engineering faculties.
12:30 – 12:45 Coffee break
12:45 – 18:30 Visit to Motorland-Technopark. MotorLand is a premier motorsport facility in Spain, renowned for hosting international racing events (such as MotoGP) and fostering innovation in many engineering fields. https://www.motorlandaragon.com/en
Lunch will be provided during the visit.
21:00 Social dinner (optional; it is the only event in the program that is not free for participants. Approximate cost: 30-40 €).

09:30 – 10:30 Working session: European research projects. Opportunities of cooperation for engineering faculties. Examples of successful research projects between engineering faculties.
10:30 – 11:00 Coffee break.
11:00 – 11.30 Meeting with Erasmus office. Meeting with our local students.
11:30 – 13:00 Working session: Preparing for the challenges of the future. Active discussion on concrete proposals for cooperation. Farewell and future agenda/ways forward.
13:00 – 14:30 Lunch
14:30 – 15:00 Looking forward. Certificates ceremony and closure of the event.

Travel and accommodation: accommodation and travel expenses in general can be funded via Erasmus+ grants from your home institution (short-term teaching stay modality or equivalent). Please contact with your International office or ERASMUS+ Coordinator. There is no participation fee. Lunches, coffee breaks and social events are all free for participants. The only thing that is not free is the optional social dinner on Thursday, October 2, which will cost approximately 30-40 euros per person. All participants will be awarded with Certificates of Attendance. In the following link you can find some travel tips.
