Brno University of Technology is very pleased to announce 5th International Staff Week for Administrative Staff.

The event will be held from 14th to 18th May 2018 and it´s designed mostly for administrative staff responsible for international agenda. 

Theme of this year is ,,How to be International?" and we invite active participants, willing to share ideas, best practices and their own experiences from international work with students and academics. The programme will consist of a mixture of meetings, presentations and workshops. 

Registration deadline: 19th February 2018

We would like to give the participants space for their own presentations during the week, for better sharing of their knowledge and advice to each other. Please be aware of your active participation during registration. 

The International Staff Week will accept limited amount of participants. Please do not make travel arrangements before your participation is confirmed. We will confirm your participation after registration deadline. 

Official language: English 

Participation fee of 100€ will cover welcome dinner, coffe breaks and cultural events (labs visit, university tour etc...). Participants have to cover their own accomodation, we are affiliated with the Hotel Continental Brno, situated in the city centre very close to BUT Rectorate. As a guest of BUT, you will be eligible for discount when making reservationsPlease do not pay  registration fee before your participation is confirmed, you will receive detailed information after registration deadline. 

Members of our European partner universities are recommended to apply for an ERASMUS+ grant through International Office at their home institutions.
