Our International Staff Week is not limited just to international relations colleagues, applications from all kinds of higher education backgrounds - both academic and administrative - will be considered.

The official language of the event is English, invited guests are expected to have sufficient proficiency to participate in thematic discussions and workshops.

The BUT International Staff Week is free of charge. Members of our European partner universities are recommended to apply for an ERASMUS+ grant through the International Office at their home institution.

The agenda is subject to change! Detailed programme and practical information (accommodation, transportation, etc.) will be sent to the selected participants.

Participants pay for their travel, accommodation, meals and optional trip on Saturday. Welcome dinner, coffee breaks and the rest of the programme is provided by Brno university of technology
