International Staff Week for Networking and EU Projects Partnerships

Balıkesir University is delighted to invite all our partner and non-partner institutions to participate in the 6th International Week which will take place from 2nd of September to 6th of September 2024 in Edremit, Balıkesir. 

Our week is directed to staff working at universities, project offices and NGOs dealing with EU projects.

Our main aim is to share our experience and have new fruitful partnerships within the framework of our internationalization strategy from both EU and non-EU countries. We are seeking active participation and would be happy to welcome colleagues from all departments and other associated fields of work. The language of International Week is English.

Our international staff week will take place in one the most beautiful holiday destinations in Türkiye: Edremit in Balıkesir where thermal and sea meets. You can watch a small promotion of it:

The place of activity is Afrodit Thermal Resort.

The event will take place in this hotel and we had a special deal with the hotel regarding the participants of our staff week. In this regard breakfast, coffee breaks and dinner is also included.

Single room is 2125 TL (approx. 60 €).

Double room is 3900 TL (approx. 110 €)

We will convey your reservation to the hotel and you will pay at the hotel.
