International Staff Week in Sustainable Development - Wellbeing & Diversity

It is our great pleasure to invite you to the first International Staff Week in Sustainable Development - Wellbeing and Diversity, organized by Gdansk University of Technology (Gdansk Tech) in cooperation with partner universities from Gdansk.

During our staff week, we would like to share with you our experience and learn from your achievements. We would also like to show you not only Gdansk Tech, but also our city, Gdansk, as an academic and cultural centre, which attracts students and tourists from all over the world.

We would also like to let you discover our region, Kaszuby, with its lakes, forests and historic heritage.

Our staff week will be divided into 2 paths. The first, general one, is created mostly for persons working in International Relations Offices, HR and university administration. The second one is aimed at representatives of institutions that have special interest in cooperationg with the Faculty of Management and Economics (FME).

The staff week schedule is planned as follows:

Monday, 22nd of May

Welcome day - introduction to staff week subject; getting to know one another; visiting the campus.

Tuesday, 23rd of May

Separate programmes for both paths.

The general group will be focused on wellbeing and diversity.

The FME group will have a chance to learn more about the faculty's activities.

Wednesday, 24th of May

Morning:

Groups will continue their separate activities.

Afternoon:

Both groups will visit the Medical University of Gdansk to participate in Diversity Day.

Thursday, 25th of May

Getting to kow Kaszuby - trip to the region, including visit to the ethnographical museum and the holiday centre of Gdansk Tech.

Friday, 26th of May

Workshops at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdansk.
