International Week at NUPS
The National University of Public Service is pleased to invite lecturers, professors to its First International Teaching Week to be held in Budapest 3-7 April 2017.
The International Week will be organised to give opportunity to facilitate the exchange knowledge and experience among teachers from different countries and cultures. The purpose of this event is also to share the best practices, discuss the cooperation possibilities and develop joint projects between NUPS and other universities from all over the world. Students attending the lectures have a unique opportunity to listen to interesting lectures and learn about different topics from a different point of view.
The programme:
1. The visiting professors are obliged to give lectures focused on different topics related to
international and European studies,
international security studies,
international public service relations,
international economics and public policy.
2. Workshops on relevant topics and intercultural issues in the international classrooms, site visits to the faculties.
3. Cultural and social events.
Costs
Participation at the International Week is free of charge. All participants are expected to cover their travel expenses.
Erasmus+ grant
Participants from Erasmus+ partner countries are expected to use the Erasmus+ grant provided by the sending institution.
Participants from Erasmus+ programme countries (EU members, Turkey, Liechtenstein, Norway, Macedonia) can apply for an Erasmus+ grant to their sending institution.
Minimum teaching hours to be completed by participants
Participants with an Erasmus+ grant are obliged to complete the necessary teaching hours according to the Erasmus+ rules, 8 teaching hours/week.
Participants without an Erasmus+ grant should teach 2 hours.
Accommodation + Lunch
Accommodation and lunch will be provided by NUPS free of charge.
