International Teaching Week 2018

War Studies University (WSU) together with National Security Faculty and the Team of Bologna Process (Erasmus+ Team) is pleased to invite for 4th International Teaching Week 2018, taking place from 19th to 23th March 2018.

The main purpose of this event is to widen and strengthen cooperation with partner institutions, establish new connections, deepening practical knowledge form area of strategic partnerships.

We are planning to host about 15 representatives from partner’s universities and new partners. Maximum 2 persons per institution can be accepted.

Types of activities:

We encourage into participation in following types of activities:

STA - Staff Mobility for Teaching – opportunity to conduct lecturers with Polish and foreign students at WSU, 19-23.03.2018;

STT - Staff Mobility for Training – opportunity to take part in training (job shadowing/workshop) for staff mobility (19-23.03.2018);

Participants can also attend the workshop/lecture concerned strategic partnership SASS which is conducting by international team consisting of academics from Romania, Bulgaria and Poland.

Costs

There is no registration fee but travel, accommodation and living costs are paid by participants.

War Studies University provide selected meals and cultural events for free.

Accommodation

In order to give a chance to live in the center of capital city –Warsaw, we suggest Hotel "Logos" to stay. During reservation, please use password “Akademia Sztuki Wojennej”, so that price will be reduced to 212,00 PLN for a single room with breakfast.

Transportation

Participants are requested to make their own travel arrangements to and from Warsaw. WSU will provide free transport from the Logos hotel to WSU and back during the IW.
