International Week 2019 combined with international conference “Security of The Republic of Poland in National and International Dimensions” take place between 20th and 24th of May, 2019.
The main purpose of the event is to extend cooperation with partner institutions and establish new connections, thus we warmly invite partner universities as well as new institutions willing to join. Maximum 2 participants per institution are allowed.
According to schedule of the International Week, one day is dedicated to teaching and training activities. Applicants are suggested to apply for an ERASMUS+ mobility at the International Office of their home institutions. Possibilities:
STA - Staff Mobility for Teaching – opportunity to deliver lecturers to Polish and International students at WSU on 23th of May 2019
STT - Staff Mobility for Training – opportunity to take part in training for staff (job shadowing/workshop/ exchange of good practice) on 23th of May 2019

Costs
International Week is free of charge. Travel to Poland, accommodation, meals and public transport have to be covered by the participants. War Studies University provides selected meals and activities (details in attached programme).
Participation in scientific conference foresee few paid variants (details in Call for Paper).
Accommodation
Recommended hotels are “Logos" in Warsaw and “Hotel Best Western Grand” in Kielce.
Transportation:
Participants make their own travel arrangements to and from Poland. WSU provide free transport between Logos Hotel and WSU campus as well as free transfer between Warsaw and Kielce.
