This international week is the opportunity to bring together lecturers from different universities around Europe. Partner universities and non-partner universities are more than welcome to take part in this week and teach our students. The idea is to create lasting links in order to share around Gastronomy as a topic.



Should you wish to do so, you will also have the opportunity to attend the three-day conference of the French Society of Scottish Studies with specialists who will be discussing "Food and Drinks in Scotland - the culinary and cultural imagination of a nation" which will be held at the end of that same week.
