Odisee is the result of a merger of 2 university colleges, Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel and Katholieke Hogeschool Sint-Lieven. Since 2014 we form one university college that supports the idea of lifelong learning.

We learn, not only through education, but from each other by exchanging feedback and knowledge. Odisee tries to create a stimulating context that drives people to make a difference by using their talents and by showing initiative. After all Odisee believes in the power of people.

Diversity is as an essential building stone of the sustainable society that Odisee believes in. Our university college aims to be an open, inclusive and approachable organisation that reflects the diverse society we are working with.

Odisee is proud to announce its International Week in Talent Development & Diversity from March 27th 2017 until March 31st 2017.

Our international week targets all staff members from partner universities interested in knowing more about Belgium, Flanders, Odisee and the way we work with talent and diversity in our university college. All bachelor degree programs have joined hands to develop a varied week with activities spread over our different campuses in Brussels, Ghent, Aalst and Sint-Niklaas. Some travelling will be required.

We kindly ask participants to register. The online registration form will be available as from October 2016. The deadline for application is 20th of January 2017. Participants are expected to give a short presentation on talent & diversity in their home institution or prepare lessons in consultation with their contact person at Odisee. No registration fee is implied but participants are expected to cover their travel, accommodation and meal costs themselves. We will be happy to accept attendances as part of Erasmus+ Staff Training or as Erasmus+ Staff Teaching.
