Tuesday, June 2nd - GET TOGETHER AND KNOW EACH OTHER

Venue: ESTIG – School of Technology and Management

9:30 Get together and know each other (presentation of the participants)

11:30 Workshop on "Introduction to Portuguese Culture and Society” (room: ESTIG)

13:00 Lunch at the Canteen

14:00 Workshop on “Curiosities about the International Tourism” (ESTIG)

15:30 Beja City Walking Tour

Wednesday, June 3rd - INTERNATIONAL FAIR

Venue: IPBeja Campus

9:00 – 13:00 International Fair – foreign visitors are invited to participate in the International fair and promote their home institutions.

13:00 Lunch at the Canteen

14:00 Free afternoon or teaching activities

 

Thursday, June 4th SCHOOL DAY

Venue: School of Agriculture, School of Education, School of Health and School of Technology and Management

9:30 IPBeja Schools welcome foreign visitors!

When registering participants choose the IPBeja School they would like to visit. Specific programs will be organized in each school according to with participant’s main academic interests and profile.

Participation Information

Staff from partner institutions is very welcomed to join the IPBeja Erasmus Week, 1 – 5 June 2020, for training or teaching missions.

 

The participation includes the free attendance of all the activities mentioned in the program, including the farewell dinner, coffee breaks, and cultural activities. Participants are expected to cover their travel, accommodation and living expenses.

We can receive up to 30 participants. To guarantee the realization of Staff Training Week, a minimum number of 8 participants in total is required. Applications will be appreciated and selected at the extend they are submitted and letters of acceptance will be issued after it.
