On behalf of the Prorectorate with International Relations from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca (TUCN), Romania, we cordially invite you to attend the First Staff Training Week in Internationalization, taking place during 26-30 October 2015 in Cluj Napoca, the European Capital of Youth 2015.

The program is directed to administrative and academic staff, dealing with international cooperation and exchange programmes. The five days programme will address a range of issues related to internationalization, through interactive group sessions including workshops and short training courses, among others. The Staff Week focuses on the new Erasmus + programme and will give you the enriching possibility to get to know your international colleagues, exchange experiences in the field of academic internationalization and to improve your daily work in the international offices. You can find all relevant information concerning the program, on our International Relations Office website: http://bri.utcluj.ro/RI2_en/index.php

Since the number of participants will be limited, we recommend the interested candidates to fill in the application form as soon as possible. The deadline for the application is July 1st. Please be aware that we can allow a maximum of 2 (two) representatives from each institution and only candidates working in International Cooperation fields are eligible to be selected. Also a limited number of academic staff willing to meet the students and colleagues is more than welcome. The programme we are sending you is provisional. After the selection, the participants will receive the final programme and also accommodation suggestions. TUCN will cover the costs with all coffee breaks, lunches, the farewell brunch and welcome party, and also the transport costs to our Center in Baia Mare (scheduled for Thursday) and trip to the salt mine in Turda (on Friday).

May you have any questions or need any assistance, do not hesitate to contact our team through e-mail:   International@staff.utcluj.ro

We look forward to welcoming you in Cluj Napoca!
