Over the past 33 years, Rennes School of Business has grown to become one of the most international Schools of Management in Europe and among the 1% triple-crown accredited institutions in the world.  Students are immersed into a cosmopolitan environment with our 55% international students, 85% international faculty members and the entirety of courses delivered in English.  Furthermore, it is a degree requirement for students to go abroad on exchange for at least one semester in one of our 350 partner universities worldwide, giving them the opportunity to learn in a continuous multi-cultural community from first year to graduation.

The objective of our Staff Week is for International Mobility/Study Abroad staff working directly with students to gain a deeper knowledge through mutual sharing on how to become an attractive international school via presentations and interactive workshops, including: geopolitics, becoming an international institution, culture shock, good practices, recruitment and welcoming students, imagining future study abroad.  We will also offer cultural activities such as: excursions to nearby Mont-Saint-Michel and Saint Malo, a guided walking city tour of Rennes, and discovery of regional cuisine.

The working language will be English for the event taking place over the course of 27 hours.  We will accept one participant per institution.  The fees include work materials, welcome coffees with light snacks, 3 lunches and 2 dinners as well as excursion transportation.  We will provide information to participants regarding the payment procedure once we send out participation confirmation.  All participants will receive a digital Certificate of Attendance at the end of the week.

European participants may be eligible to obtain Erasmus+ mobility grants from their home institutions to cover the travel, living and accommodation expenses related to their participation.

During the week, we will do our best to be mindful and reduce our impact on the environment.  We encourage all participants that are able to do so to travel via a more eco-friendly means of transportation. (direct flight/train/bus/etc)

Don’t forget to bring your reusable water bottle, your healthy appetite for the tasty local cuisine and your smile!

Looking forward to welcoming you next June in Rennes!

FYI: in order to promote diversity in our participants, we prioritize institutions that have not yet attended our previous Staff Weeks
