Invitation to International Week at the UPCT: 01-05 JUNE 2020

Dear Colleague,

It would be a pleasure to welcome you at the UPCT. Like each year, we organize our International Staff training week, which will take place from 1st to 5th June 2020.

This event is designed for staff from partner universities who wish to know more about the UPCT. This week is particularly intended for those involved in any aspects of international relations and exchange programs.

The incentive for us organizing this week is to support the international networking opportunities among our partners. Each participant will do a short presentation of his home university (5 mn).

It would be a pleasure for us to welcome you at that date. Attached you will find the program of the activities carried out last year. Should there be any changes in the program, we will notify you with enough anticipation.

Registration fees: The participation fee of 80 Euros includes the participation in all the cultural activities carried out. All costs of travel, accommodation and subsistence will be covered by the participants (remember you can use Erasmus+ grants for this kind of mobilities).

Practical information (instructions about your arrival, accommodation details, etc) will be sent to you later. Please remember that you first have to be nominated by your university in order to apply to our International Week. It is also necessary to receive a Confirmation of Acceptance from us to guarantee your acceptance for this event.
