The training program aims to promote intercultural communicational skills and competence especially for those who engage in intercultural encounters in their everyday work, collaboration and cooperation between Institutions.
The mobility contributes to the participants’ intercultural and international further training and broadens their horizons throught different perspectives, working methods, etc.; hence after their return they will contribute to the university’s internationalization as an institution within their staff environment and towards other members.
