University of Helsinki welcomes non-academic staff from partner universities to network, benchmark and share their expertise with colleagues around Europe. International Staff Exchange Weeks provide a unique opportunity to update your professional skills and revise your routines. Our ISEW weeks focus on practical-based approach to topics of mutual interest - and we even manage to have fun along the way!



University of Helsinki welcomes partcipants from various administrative fields to a one week staff training programme called ISEW Admin Staff.  During the week participants get to network, benchmark and share the best practices to efficiently support their universities´core functions. The programme is directed to administrators with a professional interest in benchmarking of practices and networking with colleagues. Participation is limited to two person per partner institution. The language of communication is English.
