Dear Colleagues, 

We warmly invite you to participate in the JAGIELLONIAN UNIVERSITY & INDIANA UNIVERSITY BLOOMINGTON JOINT ERASMUS+ STAFF TRAINING WEEK, to be held at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków on 24-28 June 2019.  

During this time, in an international and intercultural context, you will be able to gain knowledge concerning internationalization at home, managing international networks and international offices.

Our week includes:

  • lectures and workshops,
  • visits to various JU units,
  • sharing best practices within the Erasmus+ Programme,
  • cultural events.

The event  is intended for officers at the central or departmental level dealing with international relations and mobility and those involved in international networks. Participants are expected to share their experiences and practices they have followed dealing with international universities networks and managing international offices at their universities. Thus we can all learn from one another.

The working language is English.

DEADLINES:

  • Starting date for applications: 18 February 2019 
  • Closing date for applications: 1 April 2019
  • All applicants will be notified about the selection results on 15 April 2019

The number of participants is limited to 35, with a maximum of 2 people per institution. Any available additional places will be announced as soon as possible.
