This program is designed for academics and university staff who are eager to enhance their leadership skills, improve communication within organizations, and foster effective teamwork.
Conducted by a renowned expert in the field, Prof. Dr. Ünsal Sığrı, the program will cover key topics such as self-management, problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking. Participants will also gain insights into conflict resolution, negotiation techniques, and building an innovative culture.
Cost: Coffee breaks during the program are free of charge. Participants are expected to cover their travel and accommodation expenses.

Accommodation: Participants may stay at the Serpina Hotel (www.serpinahotel.com) in Gümbet-Bodrum. (3+ star hotel), nightly rate for a single room is € 65. The training will be held at the Serpina Hotel. The participants can choose to stay at another hotel. But please be aware that it is your own responsibility to be at the Serpina Hotel on time.

Working language: English. We highly recommend at least a B1 (according to CEFR) level in communication.
Certificates: All participants who attend the program fully will be awarded Certificates of Attendance.
