Library Staff Week

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the First Erasmus Library Staff Week organized at the University of Warsaw Library (BUW) between 15 and 19 June 2020. We want to share good practices and build a strong, professional network of European librarians.

Dates: 15 June (from 10 AM) till 19 June (till 2 PM) 2020.

The program consists of presentations, workshops, visits, and social activities (optional). The program focuses on information and training services for users, so we particularly invite information and reference specialists and teaching librarians. Participants will be also asked to prepare short presentations about their home institutions and the services provided.

The participants will be selected on the basis of their interest fields and professional involvements declared in the registration form. All applicants will be notified till March 31st.

Notification to selected participants: Selected participants will be informed till March 31st.

The number of participants is limited to 20.

Costs and accommodation: Participation is free of charge. The participants should cover their travel, accommodation and other expenditures from the Erasmus+ funds awarded by their home institutions. Coffee breaks every day, welcoming lunch, and a farewell dinner will be offered by the hosting library.
