Library Staff Week

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2nd Edition of Erasmus Library Staff Week organized at the University of Warsaw Library (BUW) between 26 and 30 June 2023. We want to share good practices and build a strong, professional network of European librarians.

Dates: 26 June (from 9:30 AM) till 30 June (till 2 PM) 2023.

The program consists of presentations, workshops, visits, and social activities (optional).

Participants will be asked to prepare short presentations about their home institutions and the services provided.

The participants will be selected on the basis of their interest fields and professional involvements declared in the registration form. All applicants will be notified till March 15th.

Notification to selected participants: Selected participants will be informed till March 15th.

The number of participants is limited to 15.

Please note, in order to give the opportunity to participate to candidates from as many places as possible, the number of participants from the same university is limited to one person per institution.

Costs and accommodation: Participation is free of charge. The participants should cover their travel, accommodation and other expenditures from the Erasmus+ funds awarded by their home institutions. Coffee breaks every day, welcoming lunch, and a farewell dinner will be offered by the hosting library.
