Library Staff Week - Evolution of services, spaces and professional practices

We are delighted to invite you to Nantes Université’s 3rd International Staff Training Week, which will take place from June 8 to June 12, 2026.

This year, the focus will be on university libraries, with a spotlight on how the services are evolving and how the spaces are changing in response to these evolutions ; how the libraries fit into the campuses and how they are changing along with the universities ; and how the professional practices are reinventing themselves to adapt to it.

Participants will have the opportunity to attend workshops and conferences, discover Nantes Université’s newest libraries and most innovative projects, and so much more! The programme will consist of presentations by both organising team and participants for the week.

Come and visit the beautiful city of Nantes and its historical, cultural and botanical treasures.

FUNDING INFORMATION

The cost of travel and accommodation may be covered through Erasmus+ funding. For more details, please contact your home university's international office.

REGISTRATION

Please fill in the online application here. The deadline is March 13, 2026. The selection will be made on the basis of the information you provided, and the results will be emailed to all applicants at the end of March 2025. Please do not make travel arrangements before your participation is confirmed.
