Making University Friendly to All – Staff Week 2025

International Students Office and Welcome Centre of Jagiellonian University in Kraków warmly invites all of our colleagues – employees of International Offices, Admissions Offices, Careers Offices, and similar units to the Staff Week event organised by our team. The Staff Week at Jagiellonian University will focus on creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for all students, with particular emphasis on international students. It will bring together key staff members from various departments to share best practices, explore new ideas, and collaborate on making the university experience more accessible, welcoming, and supportive for everyone, regardless of their background or nationality, from admissions, through their day-to-day life at the university with a strong emphasis on exchange programmes, to the graduation and follow-up on their career. 

Through a series of engaging workshops, discussions, and hands-on activities, you will gain valuable insights into best practices, share experiences, and collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance the student experience. All in the pleasant surroundings of the JU Centre for Academic Support.
