Mobility management in higher education

The University of Rouen Normandy is organising an international staff training week on the theme of "Mobility management in higher education" from April 22 to 26, 2024

This program was designed for mobility managers/coordinators wishing to exchange good practices and to meet with their peers (outgoing, incoming mobilities - mainly KA131 and KA171 Erasmus+ programmes). You will find enclosed a general program, subject to modifications, in order for you to get a preview of the week.

Except from the welcome and closing meals, please note that the participants will cover their own travel costs, accommodation and personal expenses. A handbook with a list of recommended hotels and all the practical information will be provided with your invitation letter.

The fees will have to be transferred via a payment link sent once your profile is selected. The bank fees for transfer are at your expense.

As we offer a limited number of spots, if the received applications are numerous, we will be organising a selection process to ensure welcoming the most relevant profiles while maximising representativeness. If you are selected, we will inform you via email.

Please note that if there are less than 19 participants, we will have to cancel the staff training week.
