NOVA University Lisbon is pleased to invite you to our International Staff Week: Erasmus+ Rewind: Remember, Rediscover, Reimagine. From the 4th to the 8th of May 2026, this event will be a forum for ideas and experiences.
NOVA ISW 2026 will focus on the horizontal goals of the Erasmus+ programme, such as inclusion, diversity, digital transformation, environmental sustainability, and active citizenship throughout its activities. Each day is designed to foster awareness, practical skills, and international cooperation that align with these priorities
You can find below a draft of the programme:
Day 1: Press Play: Rewind to Connect
Participants engage in interactive sessions to connect, share experiences, and build a collaborative foundation for the week.
Day 2: Inclusion and Diversity
Workshops and discussions focus on fostering equity, accessibility, and respect for diverse backgrounds in education.
Day 3: Digital Transformation & Green Mobility
Participants explore sustainable practices and digital tools that boost innovation and environmental awareness.
Day 4: Participation in democratic life & common value
Activities highlight civic engagement, European citizenship, and the promotion of shared democratic principles.
Day 5: Erasmus 2028–2034: The Next Chapter
Reflection sessions and forward-looking discussions envision the future priorities and impact of the Erasmus+ programme.
The final and detailed program will be sent to the selected candidates after the selection.

The form must be submitted by the 18th of February 2026.
The non-refundable participation fee is €250.
The participation fee includes coffee breaks, lunches, one farewell dinner, and other social activities.
We will send the details for the bank transfer once the participants are accepted.
Participants are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses through the Erasmus funds for staff mobility or otherwise.
The speaking language at NOVA ISW 2026 will be English.
