Professional Development in Academic Environment

We are pleased to invite you to the 15th International Staff Week 2026 which will take place from 16th to 18th June 2026.

We invite administrative/non-academic and academic/teaching staff, working in the areas of education, international relations, human resources, mobility programmes, and anyone interested in employee professional development.

The training consists of three workshops:

Character strengths in work practice -  integration workshop around identifying own resources;

Supporting those who support: well-being, growth and development for university administrative staff;

Building Bridges in International Academia: Intercultural Awareness and Inclusive Collaboration;

During the training, participants will have the opportunity to take part in guided tours – in the Warsaw Old Town and in the University Botanical Garden.
