LEARNING OBJECTIVES AND OUTCOMES 

- Share knowledge of all participants and learn from each other's practice, challenges, and experience using group discussions techniques in the subject of student/graduate placements and the ECHE pressure points

- An understanding of your practice through the lenses of shared experiences of the other participants, discovering useful tips to help deliver placement mobility in new ways;

- A knowledge of where, when, and how your practice could be enriched making it a story to take;

- An introduction to a wide range of support resources, tools, materials, and innovations that have been developed by peers in other European universities with regards to student/graduate placements.

TARGET GROUPS

This year's staff week addresses members of staff dealing with student and graduate placements mainly through the Erasmus+ programme.

Members of academic staff dealing with student or graduate placements are also encouraged to apply.

The staff week will include presentations and workshops relevant to student/graduate placements and skills. Each participant will be encouraged to exchange ideas and good practices, discuss the challenges in their workplace and enhance their relations for potential cooperation.
