The Erasmus+ Staff Training Week on Team Motivation is designed to equip participants with practical tools and insights to enhance team performance, collaboration, and engagement in academic and administrative environments.

Whether you are a formal leader or an active team member, this programme will help you better understand what drives people to work effectively together and how motivation can be intentionally fostered within teams. Through a highly interactive learning experience, participants will explore how teams evolve, how group dynamics influence performance, and how communication, delegation, and motivation strategies can be used to build cohesive, high-performing teams.
