The Erasmus+ Staff Training Week on Team Motivation is designed to equip participants with practical tools and insights to enhance team performance, collaboration, and engagement in academic and administrative environments.
Whether you are a formal leader or an active team member, this programme will help you better understand what drives people to work effectively together and how motivation can be intentionally fostered within teams. Through a highly interactive learning experience, participants will explore how teams evolve, how group dynamics influence performance, and how communication, delegation, and motivation strategies can be used to build cohesive, high-performing teams.
The programme emphasizes practical application, reflection, and peer learning, enabling participants to transfer newly acquired skills directly into their professional contexts.

The programme is addressed to members of the academic community with an English proficiency level of B1 or above, who are interested in developing or strengthening their motivation-related competencies, including:
Programme Structure & Methodology
The training will take place in Timișoara, Romania, a vibrant multicultural city known as “Little Vienna” for its Habsburg architecture and rich cultural heritage. Timișoara was awarded the title of European Capital of Culture 2023, reflecting its dynamic cultural life and diversity.
The programme consists of 25 hours, delivered from Monday to Friday and combines:
Participants will be actively involved throughout the week in a dynamic learning environment designed to encourage dialogue, collaboration, and critical thinking.
Upon completion, participants will receive an Erasmus+ Staff Mobility (STT) Certificate.
Erasmus+ Funding
Yes — the training programme is eligible for Erasmus+ Staff Training (STT) mobility grants.
