TOBB University of Economics and Technology is delighted to invite academic and administrative staff from foreign universities to participate in our in-person International Staff Week from Monday to Friday (28th October-01 November 2024) in ANTALYA/KEMER
This week is directed to both academic and administrative staff (teaching staff, administrative staff, PhD candidates or researchers, etc.) with an English level of B1 or above.
The overarching theme of the event will be sustainable and digital Europe. This staff week will be an ideal opportunity to discuss hot topics, exchange new insights, or trade best practices about digitalization, AI, and social innovation.

Cost: Participation, coffee breaks, lunches, social programs, and cultural activities during the program are free of charge. Participants are expected to cover their costs for travel and accommodation,
We will fully support you in applying for funding under the Erasmus+ program at your home university. Therefore, please let us know if you need any documents or confirmation from our side.

Participation fee: For early bird 495 € (until 30th August) and 545 € (from 31st August to 30th September). It covers a welcome package, as well as coffee breaks and the boat trip as listed in the program.
Working language: English. We highly recommend at least a B1 (according to CEFR) level in communication.
Certificates: All participants who attend the program fully will be awarded Certificates of Attendance.
Programme: You can find the programme attached soon. Please note that the programme is preliminary and subject to change.
The Staff Week program will be divided into presentations and workshops combined with one-to-one coaching sessions.
Participants will be actively involved in all the processes, and interact in a dynamic scenery designed to foster dialogue and debate, being constantly challenged in the learning process.
