Tomas Bata University International Week 2024

TBU International Office regularly organizes a whole-week agenda for incoming staff dealing with international relations and/or for teachers. The event programme usually includes presentations, discussions, and social events. The International Week also allows the participants to broaden and strengthen cooperation between partner institutions in educational and/or research projects. For this reason, applicants from Erasmus+ and other TBU partner institutions might be given priority when evaluating the registrations.

We are pleased to invite you to attend the 11th International Week at Tomas Bata University in Zlín, so do not miss the chance to participate in this traditional event! It will take place during the week from 8 to 12 April 2024.

This year’s programme is intended for both representatives of International Offices and teachers giving lectures. Kindly find the preliminary agenda below or download it from the TBU website.

The TBU International Week contains social activities and regional trips. Participation in the programme is free of charge. Accommodation and travel costs are not included and must be covered by the participants. Please notice that the Erasmus+ funding can be used to cover the expenses (check the availability at your home institution).

International Officers (STT mobility) are kindly asked to contact the TBU International Office at staffexchange(at)utb.cz. The online registration form is available via the TBU website.

Please, keep in mind that successful registration does not automatically mean that you will be accepted. The registrations will be evaluated on an ongoing basis and the applicants will be contacted gradually.

A maximum of 2 participants per the same sending organisation will be accepted.

Teachers (STA mobility) are kindly asked to contact the Faculty representative responsible for international relations individually.

The registration deadline is 29 February 2024. However, in case the capacity is fulfilled, the online registration form will be closed earlier.
