Discover the PADMICA ready-made modules: comprehensive, scalable, research-backed resources for intercultural preparation and debriefing that you can implement immediately. 

Join Our 3-Day Interactive Workshop 

We invite colleagues from international offices and student services to participate in an immersive 3-day training experience. You'll gain practical skills and materials to prepare your students before their mobility and help them reflect meaningfully on their experiences afterward. The ultimate goal is to develop students’ intercultural competence and enhance the quality of study-abroad experiences. 

What You'll Learn 

• Through an engaging balance of theory and hands-on practice, you'll explore: 
• Communication foundations: rhetorical practice and cross-cultural communication dynamics 
• Critical intercultural concepts: culture (shock) models, stereotypes, prejudice, and discrimination... 
• Practical trainer competencies: didactic approaches, facilitation methods, and session design 
• Real-world challenges: supporting students navigating poverty, inequality, and diverse cultural contexts 
• And much more… 

While we can’t promise to turn you into a master intercultural trainer in such a short time, you will leave with a comprehensive toolkit to apply at your institution, enhanced facilitation skills, and a global network of practitioners committed to empowering internationally minded students.
