UAB 9TH ERASMUS STAFF WEEK. Dialogues on Internationalisation

The International Office at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona will host an Erasmus+ Staff Training week for administrative staff working in the field of  International Relations.

The Staff Training week will be held between Monday 18th and Friday 22nd April 2016.

1. Aim of the program and target group:

The 5 day program has been tailored to meet the demands of participants and will include the following:

- General Introduction to the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona

- Procedures for Coordinating and supporting Erasmus+ Student and Staff Mobility (K103-K107)

- Services provided to incoming/outgoing Erasmus+ students

- Presentations by participants

We would like to invite colleagues from International Departments to exchange new ideas and share best practices. During the week participants are expected to take active part in the activities and discussions.

3. Planned number of participants:

The expected number of participants for this event  is 25, maximum of 2 colleagues per partner institution. Confirmation of selected and non-selected participants will be sent by e-mail, on January 21st.

 

4. Application:

The online application is open from 9th November to 21st December 2015 inclusive.

5. Registration:

The program is free of charge, but the costs of travel, accommodation and meals need to be covered by the participants.

Please note that participants need to apply for Erasmus Staff mobility Grant at their home university
