UJI BIP International Staff Training Week 2026 – Open Universities: Sharing Practices, Building Networks

Under the theme “Open Universities: Sharing Practices, Building Networks”, this Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) aims to strengthen collaboration between Higher Education Institutions by promoting the exchange of experiences, best practices, and professional networking among university staff.



The programme will take place in a blended format:



• Online session: 11 June 2026

• On-site activities: 15–19 June 2026 at Universitat Jaume I (Castellón, Spain)



This Staff Week is open to staff from both partner and non-partner institutions working in different university services. During this edition, participants will have the opportunity to learn first-hand about the work carried out at Universitat Jaume I and exchange experiences with several of its services, in particular:

International Relations Office (ORI)

Library

Sports Service (SE)

Communication and Publications Service (SCP)

Research and Transfer Management Service (SEGIT)

University Extension Programme (PEU UJI)

Throughout the week, participants will take part in interactive workshops, guest university presentations, teamwork sessions, and networking activities, creating a dynamic environment to exchange ideas and explore opportunities for collaboration.

 

Participants are especially encouraged to share their own experiences and best practices related to these areas, and will have the opportunity to present their work and best practices during dedicated sessions designed for peer exchange and discussion.



Please note that this event focuses exclusively on training mobilities and job-shadowing opportunities, teaching mobilities are not included in the programme.
