UPV's Spring Staff Week 2016

Universitat Politècnica de Valencia (UPV) is organizing a new edition of its Spring Staff Week between May 23th – 27th 2016 and is glad to invite you to participate. This time, Geomatics and Telecommunication Engineering Schools will be your hosts.

The aim of this UPV Spring Staff Week is to welcome staff from our partner institutions and share our experiences with you. Our main focus will be on “Smart Universities”. A specific course for librarians will also be given.

Our proposed program consists of different workshops and visits to departments/services according to the participants’ areas of interest. The main communication languages are English and Spanish, and a short Spanish language course is also a part of the plans.

Two different agendas, one for the general registration and another for the librarian course, have been devised. They can be found in the Attachments.

The general registration is already complete and unfortunatelly no further registrations are accepted. However, there are still available places in the program for librarians and its registration will be open until the 15th of April.

To apply, please enter our registration site  http://goo.gl/forms/5QLtVE7NEY and fill in the data requested. We will inform you about the approval of your application before April, Thursday 7th 2016 for the general programme and before the 18th of April for the librarian one. We have 30 places for the main group and 10 for the librarian group. A maximum of 2 persons per institution can be accepted.

After the acceptance confirmations, how to arrive and accommodation information will be provided to all participants.
