The UNIVERSITY OF THE BASQUE COUNTRY is organizing its Seventh Staff Training Week (STW) on 21-25 October 2024.

 

The STW will take place in Donostia/San Sebastián (three nights) and Bilbao (two nights). We will also make a day trip to our campus in Vitoria-Gasteiz.

We will only accept one person per university. Only participants will the right profile will be selected. Geographical diversity will be taken into account.

Participants will be invited to present a best practice of their home university related to the the main theme of this year: Welcome Services for international students and staff. Please, find below the list of topics you can suggest for a presentation on a best practice of your home university.

We could also visit some of our faculties or schools. One-on-one meetings with our international faculty coordinators could be arranged on demand.

In the link below you can also find the expenses covered by the University of the Basque Country. For accommodation and travel costs, we encourage interested colleagues to apply for Erasmus+ grants available for staff mobility.

We will organize two selection rounds: the first one in mid-May and; and if there are spots remaining, a second one in the end of June. Registration will be open until the 14th of June 2024. Registration must be done online via link that you can find in the following document:
