Who is the Student Today? The Challenges that they and the institution face

The University of Kent is pleased to announce its 5th Erasmus staff training week, ‘Who is the Student Today? The challenges that they and the institution face’ taking place from 8-12 June 2015.

Taking place at Kent's Canterbury campus, the week will allow participants to explore the question posed using examples from the University and across Europe. The topic is aimed at colleagues who have an interest in Internationalisation and the student experience within their own institutions.

This event will provide opportunities for networking and sharing best practice with colleagues from partner institutions, and wherever possible, we will tailor the programme to participants’ needs, and encourage active participation in each of the sessions.

Places are limited to 25, and priority will be given to staff from our partner institutions, although we welcome applications from non-partners who demonstrate a relevance to the theme.

There is no fee for this event. However, participants will be expected to cover their own travel and accommodation costs along with any subsistence costs not covered by the week through the Erasmus staff mobility funds available from their home institution.
