XIV International Staff Week 2025

Dear Colleagues,

It is a great pleasure to announce the 14th International Staff Week 2025 organised in Bialystok, Poland by Bialystok University of Technology. 

The goal of the ISW is to exchange good practices and ideas, strengthen international communication skills and develop partnerships between universities.

International Staff Week will be held from the 9th to 13th June 2025.

All the activities will be held in English, a minimum B2 level is recommended.

If you are interested in taking part, please register at forms.com.pl - Registration is now closed.

Please remember that we can offer a limited number of places and we may restrict the number of participants from the same university. Participation in the Staff Week can be funded by Erasmus+ grants provided by the home university of a participant.

Please do not make any travel arrangements before your participation is confirmed.
