Purpose of this program?

The main purpose of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility week on Change Management is to provide participants with the tools to understand and practice modern techniques of Change Management and incorporate them in the development process of their organization.

Training will cover all the aspects of the field, which includes established and latest concepts, giving the participants the practical view to navigate changes in the modern world.

Trainers encourage participants to be involved in teamwork activities aiming at the elaboration of Change Management programs and plans for their organizations. Participants will analyze issues related to the role of leadership in the change process, with an emphasis on the need for and implementation of change in strategy.

Who would benefit?

Participants to this course are members of the academic community with an English level of B1 or above, looking to develop and/or improve their understanding and methods of dealing with Change Management: teaching staff, administrative staff & management, PhD candidates or researchers, etc.

How is the program structured?

This 5-Day Course is based in the beautiful capital of Hungary (Budapest).

In the mornings lectures are delivered followed by longer interactive teamwork and discussions assisted by trainers working on the same field of business.

Budapest has something for everyone – from dramatic history and flamboyant architecture to healing thermal waters and a nightlife that is unrivalled in Eastern and Central Europe. There's a lot more to Hungarian food than goulash, and it remains one of the most sophisticated styles of cooking in Eastern and Central Europe. You can taste Hungary's excellent wines – from Eger's complex reds and Somló’s flinty whites to honey-sweet Tokaj.

The program package costs 380 euro and includes:

  • the training program facilitated by experienced  trainers;
  • training materials;
  • assistance throughout the week.
