Universidad Católica San Antonio (UCAM), Murcia is delighted to invite you to its first Erasmus International Staff Week, from 25-29 May 2015.
This staff training and orientation event is targeted at International Office staff (non-teaching) and Erasmus Academic Coordinators (teaching staff). The programme will offer a variety of topics relevant to colleagues working with Erasmus + mobility and international project activities. Participants will have the opportunity to visit UCAM’s campus locations in Murcia and Cartagena, to meet faculty members and to familiarise themselves with UCAM’s high standard of teaching, research and facilities.
Some of the topics covered will include:
Internationalization
Research and Innovation
UCAM’s sports policy and sports facilities
Information Region of Murcia and Spanish Language course
There will also be occasion for teaching or individual meetings with Faculty Members or International Staff.
There is no participation fee for the programme’s activities. UCAM will provide lunch on 3 days and cover most of the leisure activities. Participants are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation costs, as well as any meals not provided as part of the programme. We would suggest that interested participants apply to their Erasmus offices for Erasmus Staff Training grants (non-teaching grants). Attendance will be limited to a maximum of 30 participants.
The programme schedule will also allow visitors time to explore Murcia and its surrounding area.
